Dr. Iliya literally saved my life from an emergency appendectomy so bad it needed 6 hours of operating time to fix. He was extremely cautious, very thorough, and careful. He explained different scenarios to my family members and always had me informed. If you’re suffering from an acute appendix, go see Dr. Iliya so he can fix it and return you to normal. Dr. Iliya is wonderful. I took my husband to the emergency room yesterday because he had been having abdominal pain. We never imagined it was his appendix! Dr. Iliya came in to see us around midnight and said he could do the surgery that night. I was so thankful becuase he is such a skilled surgeon who has done 1000's of these surgeries. He literally took out the appendix in about 30 minutes (that was the surgery time... the OR time was closer to an hour). Bedside manner is the worst . No respect for the patient. Blamed the patient for being hurt, when he was almost killed by a road rage maniac in a car!!!!! Worst doctor ever!!!!!
