Charles was an absolute pleasure to work with. Incredibly personal and knows the ins and outs of this business. I am not surprised he became a top realtor in such a short amount of time --especially in the difficult market today. I know many realtors (I mean, doesn't everyone? lol) and he is one of the few that I can truly trust with a huge purchase like my home.

Charles worked with myself and my family for over a year as a buyers agent, every place we we went to look at he made an effort to be there and provided sales history and current market trends. Any requests for viewings or strata documents were done in a timely manner. He provided honest and sound advice for every suite we viewed, everything was done at our pace he was not pushy with anything.
