Dr. Holland treated me for PTSD after 5 sustained years of domestic abuse (and being forced to live in a 3rd world country for 2 years). His techniques were spot-on and affective. Though I had to quit therapy too soon, what treatment he gave me was amazing, even fascinating. He gave me the ability to file away trauma where it belonged. The left/right brain treatment worked. Been in therapy since I was in middle school, seen a lot of psychologist. Dr. Holland is the best one I have ever seen. I recommend getting an appointment with him if you can.
