Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

I will definitely recommend them to my friends and loved ones. I was very happy with their care and treatment. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Fairly Easy Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No, they are almost always unavailable Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

They were happy to address every concern I had Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
