Three strikes and they are out. I just had my third bad experience with this repair shop and will never go back. They were initially recommended by my insurance company, USAA. The first incident involved missing a wedding. I had to turn back because they had not properly attached the trim on the exterior of the car and it was flapping so much I thought it would fly off on 101. Ontime, reasonably priced, good quality service – Charles Henry performed major body work on our 2001 Volvo. Their rates were comparable with other body shops in the city, and they were early with getting the job done. We would definitely go there again, although we hope we won't have to.
