I was a patient for 12 years. Early in 2021, Dr Hayden lied to me about my insurance for TMS. He coerced me into paying thousands of dollars for 2020 and sign a cash-only agreement by threatening to withhold essential medical treatment. Dr. Hayden is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr. He treated me for chronic depression and pioneered the used of TMS with me and other patients.
I was a patient of Dr. Hayden for 8+ years. I felt confident in his ability for years. However, 2 years ago his lack of interest and investment in my treatment sharply declined. 9 months ago he passed me onto a new CRNP with no explantion. ANGELA (crnp) has been fantastic. After decades of struggling with Major Depressive Disorder and seeing multiple physicians, trying many different medications, I saw Dr. Hayden. Through his advice and care I have been in remission from my MDD for over 5 years.
Dr. Hayden helped me find the exact right medication for my anxiety. I got my life back because of him. Wish I could rate 20 stars.
Dr. Hayden is a Christ Centered psychiatrist. His knowledge of psychiatry surpasses none. He really goes out of his way to help each and every patient he has. Dr. Hayden is wise, empathetic, and helpful. He is a wonderful listener and guided me from a suicidal spiral to a stable life, and I am forever grateful. He is the kind of Dr. that will call even on the weekend to check on you. He will spend extra time with you if you need it. I appreciate his use of both prescription and supplements to improve your mental health.
