I would give zero stars if I could. Dr Hayden was nice, but his office staff was incredibly unprofessional and outright cruel. I came for a consultation and his nurse practitioner told me that they would run my insurance to see if TMS would be covered under my plan. The nurse practitioner told me that my insurance would not cover treatment and quoted me several thousands of dollars for treatment.
