This quack was chosen as an arbitrator. By far the most unprofessional "attorney" I've every dealt with. He dropped the call and never came back, he denied my automatic win in the case due to the negligence of the plaintiff attorney, I openly objected to the entirety of the mediation in writing, and he chose to ignore it AFTER he told me that I could do so.
