Company is unable to return move out deposit despite building management confirming no damage. It’s been nearly 2 months and they continue to withhold my deposit. Very difficult to get a reply from the company.
Probably the worst management company out there. Don't waste your time or money. A sham of a company with the most inept, lazy, pathetic team of employees ever. Spare yourself the misery and hire another management company for your properties. Literally a bottom of the barrel firm, and borderline criminal. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
Total incompetence from all of their staff, especially their leadership. They should all be fired. Hands down the worst property manager in New York. Do your building a favor, don't hire them!
Completely incompetent - they don't respond to e-mails, they don't answer the phone, and there is no cell phone number of anyone you can contact. If you have an urgent matter or an emergency, you're simply out of luck. I live in one of their buildings and have had an unequivocally negative experience with them. Completely unhelpful, and unwilling to do anything to help their tenants - who are paying for these "services" by the way.
