Charles catered my son's wedding in December 2021. My son contacted Charles initially and was so pleased at how easy and accommodating Mr. Gilbert was in his communications! He provided many options on food and services within the price range that my son had requested. Charles provide excellent communication, a very nice set up, and delicious food! If you are looking for great food and great customer service Charles Gilbert is an excellent choice!

We use Charles for our private holiday dinner and his food was very good and the presentation was amazing! He is very professional and works with any menu you like! He was my first and only interview with the private chefs in Cody because I felt he met the wants I wanted for our private dinner! I love that he communicated and checked-in with you leading up to the event. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again in the future.

I love Charles food. While at UXU ranch he was the chef there and everything that he made was fresh and delicious. He I very friendly and personable as well. If you get a chance to eat his food I would strongly recommend it.
