I bought my wedding band somewhere else and sized it wrong. Charles Frederick resized it and polished it up like new. They were able to take care of it in a few days (which the wife really appreciated). Great spot!

I brought my original engagement ring in because I wanted to have it reset with granddaughter’s birthstone(so I can have it passed on to her) . Katie was absolutely wonderful and was able to find some stones for me to come look at and choose. She was efficient and thoughtful. I would definitely use Charles Frederick Jewelers again! So happy with the outcome ❤️

I came to this location very long time ago when Frederick was in charge now they have new management and owner. I had spoken to a very kind and polite employee. I had asked her if they can duplicate a ring. it surprisingly she had said yes it is theoretically possible and they can have it done. I look forward to the day. I am able to come here and have that done as for the call and professionalism given over the phone, I plan to come here for my jewelry see you guys sometime very soon
