these people will steel your money and will not make things right with you or your ins company I went in for dentures they billed my ins company 7 xs and received money from me they made dentures and they did not fit right and after they tried to fix them for the 2nd time they told me to go some where elce and have dentures made and there for I was left with out teeth and no dentures and they keept all the money that they charged my ins and out of pocket money and I got nothing so they left me with no teeth and no dentures v... read more

I will miss Dr. Matthews and his staff very much, but I will not tolerate the poor service of the new staff. I have never been treated so rudely by a receptionist before. love Dr. Matthews but have to move on.
Schofield Office: The staff were accommodating and got me in before the end of the year because I explained that my insurance was about to expire. The cleaning went well. I had to chuckle when the hygienist gave me a play-by-play of what she was doing. I didnt need that reassurance, but other people might find it comforting!I went back to get my fillings done a couple days later (Dec 23rd). This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist office! The doctor is always asking how I am doing to make sure I am comfortable throughout the procedure. The girl at the front desk is polite and everyone seems to care about ME and my health! They have helped open my eyes to how important my oral health is! Thank you!!

when i went here last and had my teeth cleaned it hurt so bad i though i was going to pass out.
My girlfriend called to make an appointment for me. I needed a root canal and crown. She told them that and they told me to come in. They take an x-ray and tell me what I already know, then say that they dont do that there, and try to refer me to another office, after charging me for the visit of course. When I do get another appointment elsewhere, I had to reschedule because the -rays hadnt been sent over. Not to mention, the pain medication they gave me did nothing. At least the dental assistant was nice.
Was Just seen today and had to have a tooth extracted, THey were very porofessional and thorough was definatly a nice experiance.... The doctor was kind and consideriate to my needs and made sure that i was unable to feel anything during the procedure... Did not feel like i was just a number as she kept positivly reinforcing what she was doing and making me feel like a individual.... :~P will definatly go back for a second visit...
