I find Dr. Payne a good listener & attentive. He gives thought to what patient is saying & comes up with a plan of action. The staff is also very good. The only thing that maybe needs to be looked at is use of the portal and someone contacting patient after tests. This is a process problem not a staff problem
Dr. Payne has been my go to doctor for most of my life. Great guy. Excellent doctor. Quick. Efficient. Listens. Cannot praise the man enough.
Caring and competent. Never in a rush, and truly concerned about his patients.
