I was quoted 200 for parts and 1.5 hours of labor at 195.00.by Mr.. Murphy. He walked me to the car with the parts. We returned later and Gave them keys to access my rental. Tall bearded younger man...took them. Arrived at rental day after Work was done...Work was done but invoice left behind said customer supplied parts...Mr. Murphy had personally handed me all the parts including a six foot length of copper pipe for the shower riser. Charge was for 3 hour a of labor. PVC riser..with shark bite install....no copper. 395... read more
Needed a part for our 80 year old plumbing. Murphy fixed us up with parts that would work with our existing plumbing and took the time to assemble everything back together for us. Great customer service. They are always helpful and responsive every time we have needed them.
They were very responsive, came out same day, the plumber was friendly and worked quickly. A great job and wonderful experience all around!
