I contacted Charles Evans when I was having trouble with a realtor, and was frustrated after trying for hours to find someone to help us. Charles didnt know me and really had no reason to help. He listened to our problem, and said he would look into some things. He called me back and walked me through how to proceed. He has kept in touch with me through the process, never asked for payment, or required me to sign something with his agency. I bought my first house with Charles Evans 25 years ago. I had naive misperceptions about the area, and where I wanted to live in it.
