My insurance received a bill from Drs Sternlicht, Townsend, etc. after I visited the GBMC Emergency room. The problem? I've never seen any of those doctors. I was seen by Dr. Frankel and it is clearly recorded in my visit summary. Dr. Frankel is the only one listed on my chart. Where did those doctors come from? They also charged me for procedures I never received, like EKG. My chart clearly shows that I did not receive any EKG during my visit. These people need to lose their licenses on fraud charges.
