DR Charles assessment of me - in 20 minutes - was largely based on what he called my mom's misdiagnoses. He has never met my mom who has been dead for 10 years. He listened to me and then told me I was bipolar because my mom was bipolar but my mom really had schizophrenia. I think he's a quack.
I walked in with depression, ADD, and anxiety. With no testing I walked out a anti-psychotic drug, a doubled script for anxiety meds. Nothing for ADD. The attitude was confrontational and non supportive. How does a Dr. determine a severe mental disorder with no test? He might think he is a psychic psychiatrist but in my opinion he shold seek professional help.
Dr. Charles Has A Very Fine Way Of Listening Without Interrupting and when he speaks after one has spoken you are sure to know he listened with a professional ear and great results of therapy
