Outstanding and honest
My husband has been a patient of Hoye dental for many many years. We are now snowbirds. We came uo frim Florida a month ago. He made an appt withem for today because he has a bad tooth. They saud because he had nit been seen since 2019 that he would have to oay for a cleaning before they would look at his tooth. Very long term patient. Poor customer service from front desk. Hygienist unwilling to help. No doctor or manager to help. Feel very disrespected.
My family and I were all patients here. I had to go back twice to get their crown fixed. My MIL went back in 3 times. They also told my MIL to go elsewhere. Although, I don’t know the whole story, I do feel it is odd to kick a dedicated patient out of your practice. The staff was always friendly however and we did appreciate that.
