The ultra sound tech I had barely made an effort to make me feel comfortable. Her response to my questions were kind of cold and snappy “I’m not there yet.” I wouldn’t mind if I was at the bank, but considering that this is a very delicate situation, I would expect just a little more care.

Instead of ordering standard blood work, this provider opted for the most expensive tests without justification. Their conduct came across as unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive. In my opinion, this individual lacks the integrity and bedside manner expected of someone in the medical profession.

Instead of ordering simple blood work, this money-hungry butcher requested the most expensive tests. This unprofessional, arrogant, and unpleasant individual does not deserve to practice medicine.

I held off writing a review because I have friends who used Dr. Miller 3-5 years ago and swear by him. After receiving a bill for storage (in which I have no embryos to store), I am at the end of my rope. My initial intake with Miller was great. He assured me that he could help, that I seemed to be an easy case, and all is well. After two unsuccessful rounds, there was no explanation as to why my eggs would not mature.
