I hear Dr Miller is great, but the front desk/office is absolutely horrible. Save yourself from the headache of working with this office and just take my word for it - find another fertility doctor! There are so many. My husband and I have been back-and-forth with the front desk for 6 weeks over one test and insurance approval. Our insurance even told us that their office isn’t willing to do what needs to happen for approval. Finally just decided to pay out of pocket since Dr.Millers office would not comply. I have stage 4 endometriosis. I had a myomectomy. I spontaneously conceived roughly 8 months later!!! I have a Sweet girl 3 years old now! I believe God led me here to this Doctor.
Dr. Miller is very detailed with his work. My husband and I felt comfortable the moment we spoke with Miller at our consultation. The staff and the team members are simply fantastic. I was going to give up after two rounds of IVF at another clinic none related. We felt that was it for us. We knew we wanted to try again. My surgery experience with Dr. Miller was hugely disappointing. I was told I'd have the chance to speak with him after my excision of endometriosis, and I had been desperate for YEARS to hear from a doctor what was happening inside of my body and how it explained the terrible pains and bleeding I'd been experiencing since puberty.
