This place is like a prison. The doctor can't get crap together fast enough. My wife is there now and was transferred from Mo Bap to this place. They are discharging her and it has been over a hour waiting for the paperwork. For all the money this place gets this is ridiculous they might as well shut this place down. The staff is very unprofessional. Not to mention security would even allow me to enter the garage and told me to park by the median by the entrance and said I had 10 minutes or else. My son and I were both suffering from the same symptoms and coundnt sleep. I googled our symptoms and it said to get checked immediately. So, at 4am we headed to the closest ER. We live in South City so I thought Barnes has world renowned doctors, I've had several surgeries there and most of my doctor's are thru there, why would we go elsewhere? Wonderful
We were in the ER today and taken care of immediately....our ER nurse Tracy was so sweet and accommodating even when our nerves started to unravel.. Also Mike RN(I'm not sure if that's the right name) but he was also absolutely the best...so grateful to both of them.
This damn emergency room takes forever calling people to the damn back to be seen it shouldn't take that long to call someone damn name they need to be fired immediately because this is getting ridiculous like O my gosh.
