6 hour wait for which they were seeing people that just came in before the ones that were there for awhile and then didn't even get the treatment that was needed so when I left I went to different place and got treatment that was needed. This place was highly recommended to me by other people but I highly recommend going elsewhere or even self treatment
Horrific. Terrible wait times, bad parking, unempathetic employees that will be rude even with tears on your face! Go to any other hospital.
I got my thumb sliced and had to wait 5 hours to get a room and be seem. They saw my hand leaking blood and gave me a bandaid. GO TO URGENT CARE IF YOU HAVE INSURANXW. OR MERCYS
Took my granddaughter yesterday. Easily found free parking, staff was extremely professional and caring. They are organized and keep people moving to next step. They were kind and understanding with my granddaughters condition. I would recommend them
