Busy-Extremely but some of the most professional and caring staff you will find. The Emergency Room staff at BJC displayed level of care and awareness early this morning that I have to say thank you for. From registration to discharge, 1 hour 25 minutes. Great job doctors and nurses. Never forget the supporting staff members.. x-Ray, ED technicians, and the likes. Thank you.
Registration was initially completed by an African American female with braids twisted upon her head. For identification only… She cleaned the boogers out of her eye as she asked the initial questions…. No regards to her “ professional position or BJC’s reputation…. Appropriate educate is TRULY NEEDED!!! Horrible!
