I took my son here for a consultation and Dr. Horton was very short with me and actually walked out while I was in the middle of asking a question. He wanted me to just schedule surgery for my 5 month old without taking the time to answer all of my questions. I walked out and will never go back.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!

I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I was distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave because the doctor smelled like he had been drinking. I found out later that he definitely has a drinking problem !!! I will never bring my baby back to him....he was supposed to do a surgical procedure and this will not happen with this doctor! I am outraged!!
