My experience at Crutchfield Dermatology has always been a positive one. I think what stands out most if the quality of the nursing staff. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions. Dr. Crutchfield is the best in the business, so the combination of his expertise and approach along with a top-notch nursing staff, makes my vists worth the long wait that always comes with his busy practice.
After going to several doctors (Family medicine, Allergists, Derms,etc.), I still did not have an answer to my terrible itching. No one could figure out what was wrong! I had this nagging dry skin that persistently itched, causing little cuts on my hand. With the hand-therapy treatments and phototherapy, my hand was back to normal in just a few weeks. It was such a relief! Now my hands look the same and with daily lotion they feel so much better. Dr. Crutchfield is truly an amazing and gifted doctor! Phototherapy treatments were awesome; I could see results after just one week. It is such an amazing tool.
Dr. Charles Crutchfield, III, is the most professional yet personable doctor I have ever met. His staff is well-trained, knowledgeable and just as pleasant as he is. My skin is transitioning into the skin that I only dreamed of having as a teenager. The reputation of excellence that precedes him is well-deserved.
