Dr. Castillo is a great surgeon; however, his staff does not keep in contact or return voicemails.
Dr. Castillo and his entire staff were outstanding from start to finish. I had a small procedure done, and they made me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout the entire process. Everyone in the office was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Dr. Castillo took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional care.
When I first met Dr. Castillio in November 2023 for evaluation of a possible hernia, I immediately felt I was dealing with someone exceptional. The doctor was great, made me feel comfortable! Nurses were very nice and caring.
The office staff and Dr. Castillo are welcoming, kind and make the total experience wonderful. From the initial call to book the appointment, to the concern of the medical assistant, I felt confident that the doctor would know the exact reason for my visit. Dr. Castillo examined me and confirmed what the MRI had found. He gave me three options to proceed and I'm certain that I am on a course to being pain-free!
