Got me in at the last minute, zero parking and the nurse tried to tell me I can't express my patient rights. I wanted to decline to being weighed and she tried to argue with me about it. An you can also decline having your temperature taken. So everyone make sure you know your right to decline and don't let nurses bully you into things you don't need.
I went to the Charles Drew on Maple Street and was impressed with their professionalism and care. The initial visit was painless and went smoothly. However, the next day when I called and spoke with Tina (one of the nurses) and attempted to get my test results sent to another clinic, she informed me that she could not unless the other clinic had a release of information form sent to them.
