Signed up for new patient, submitted all the required paperwork as requested. Said I wouldn't get an appt for 6 months. I said I understood. Waited 6 months, never heard, called them back and was told they are not accepting new patients, after making me follow all the paperwork requests and waiting 6 months. Lame, really poor to do that to someone. Unprofessional! No apology, notified me through My Chart instead of email or phone. Haven't used MyChart in years and had to reset my password to see the message. VERY POOR!!!
While I’m not the biggest fan of Maine Health, Dr Digby and his staff are helpful and attentive.
