Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Absolutely, they were an expert! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

No Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
