REVIEW TIME: Yesterday at 3pm one of my plows broke down. I called Charlie he said get it to there Marcy store and they will do what they have to for me to have it for Wednesday storm coming in. The manager Kenny (great guy) called me this morning at 10am letting me know they replaced the pump and anything else it needed and also greased all my fittings everything was under warranty and I can come get it now!! They didn’t even have my plow 3 hours! In our line of work being down a truck could mean losing a contract or worse ... read more
