I have had the pleasure of 2 technicians servicing my home. EXCELLENT SERVICE, knowledge, and professionalism were awesome! Their personality was so peaceful and true. I had to take a moment and let you know about Billy and the lady whom I call Barbie because she looks just like a real live Barbie. Had a not so pleasant experience trying to purchase a veto tool bag. I was told they had the tool bag in stock at the NKC store. After driving up there they did not have It. They said they would have it transferred to the independence store from Denver. When it arrived and I was in the store I was informed there was a $21.00 shipping fee. When I told the manager there that nobody informed me of a shipping fee he could care less. He then said so do you want it or not. Was not satisfied at all with the wipe down inside my truck. They did not vacuum it good either. I will not be returning they missed lots of spots. I paid $40 and had to come home and detail it myself. What a waste! 😤
