Don't bother if you are not a contractor. Was talked down to when I asked about a furnace heating element for my own furnace. Very rudely told "we don't deal with public. Only contractors." I Hung up before anything else was said out of anger. What happened to helping everyone or wanting to sell products? Who cares if it's contractor or private??? If a person knows how to fix the item but just needs a part, why not supply the part???
