The pool is only open on weekends but all the other communities near Cchoa always have their pools open. They don't care for the children at the pool as the children’s pool is never open and it is very dirty (I have seen frogs inside) The pool had to be force-opened by Charles County because they would not open it even with many complaints they do not listen and the playground is not good at all they allow people to smoke and park their car in the parking lot as long as they want this has scared many people including me from... read more

Ha, ha, if I had known how lame this place was going to be, I would have moved somewhere else. Weakly managed. Seems like their hearts are not in their work. I have lived here since 2000.
