Was treated by administrator very rudley. Does not know how to be polite and kind. The total charge to get 10 teeth cleaned was 660.00. I don't have insurance so after they adjusted it it was 150.00. The dentist were very perfessional and kind. The dental staff were also rude very direct like they are running a prison.
My family is attempting to dispose of sharps containers as my spouse has to self-administer medication. The Charles County Health Department advised me that they have created a program that is literally designed to dispose of county residents' sharps waste containers. ANTHONY HUTCHERSON "leads" the program, yet after multiple unreturned calls/voicemails/emails, we have no direction on how to dispose of these materials safely/legally. Took 2 weeks for a callback after leaving 3 voicemails to make an appointment and waiting 35 minutes after being checked in and had to remind the front desk i was there to be seen. very unprofessional and no work ethic.
extremely difficult to get ahold of a representative via phone.
