Dr. Carroll performed surgery on my right elbow, which had bothered me for almost 10 years. I had been to different doctors off and on, and usually was recommended palliative treatment. After a cortisone injection that didn't work, I finally decided that I needed surgery. With all orthopedic surgeons, it takes a while to actually get the surgery, which I understand, as they have to do their independent evaluations. Dr. Carroll did surgery on my right hand years ago. He did a fantastic job. He also has excellent manners. I highly recommend him.
Dr Carroll has always diagnosed me accurately. I Have seen him for broken finger and strained ligaments. He's conservative with X-rays and treatment,I appreciate that. Very nice man.
Run. Don't walk. I had to cancel my surgery because Carroll's admin staff are too incompetent to handle the basic running an office, and I don't have time to deal with repeated calls that I cannot return due to problems with the office phone system and receptionists who hang up on you. Carroll's staff did not process my referral and were too disorganized to return calls about the problem.
