He is very quiet but very dedicated. You must communicate your needs and he will work thoroughly with you.
Dr. Tsai is a very good doctor. He professional in his approach with his patients. He has a way of making his patients feel comfortable.
He heard what I had to say, paid attention to what I had to say, addressed my concerns and even made adjustments to his plan based on my medical history. In our first appointment he was down to business, not really any fluffy conversation or joking around. I’m looking forward to building my patient/doctor relationship with him.
