This is a character review. Val gets five stars. I did not buy anything here. The DNR sent a shoreline lease document to her office by mistake. She could've thrown it away or worse, pointed out to somebody this guy is not going to renew because he didn't get it in the mail. I never would have known. She immediately put in the mail to me with a note on the outside to make sure I opened it with one on the inside. What you do when nobody is looking and you don't get paid is a test of character.
