The administrative screening at this facility failed me. There is seemingly no oversight to ensure a stroke patient isn't incorrectly scheduled with a neurosurgeon. I drove two hours each way for an appointment that should have been rerouted to Neurology before I ever left my house. When Dr. Charles Park came in, he was dismissive and asked me, "Why Mercy?" When I told him I drove over two hours to be there. I said, "Why not?" to defend my presence. His attitude was that this never happened and I was never there, which felt ... read more
Dr. Charles Park is the best doctor ever. He has performed multiple surgeries on me and everyone was outstanding. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. From my cervical fusions to spinal cord stimulator implant to my lumbar/sacral spine redo . I couldn’t ask for more. Yes I would most certainly recommend Dr. Park to everyone.
