If I could leave no stars I would. Beware of seeing Dr.Ho. I will never set foot in that office again. When I asked questions about a medication he laughed at me and was making excuses like "everyone studies for a test and wants 100 and doesnt all get 100 right" right. I know this... that doesnt explain to me how many hours a medication is supposed to work. When I was trying to explain anything he would speak over me. I saw Dr. Ho for chronic pain related to a knee replacement 2.5 years ago. I've been to multiple orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists for evaluations and have been told that unfortunately, I'm just in the 20% of people who end up with chronic pain after the procedure. I read the website and it stressed that the pain center offered a variety of pain management techniques, including Reiki, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other interventional therapies. I normally never leave negative reviews or publicly criticize a healthcare provider, but my experience with Beth Israel Lahey Pain Management and Dr. Ho was upsetting enough that I feel other patients should be aware. I came to this appointment after six years of trying to manage chronic pain. Wonderful, bright, and very professional . Innovative with care options, still ruminating procedure , if I choose to do it, it would be here.
Suffer with chronic back pain had a procedure done there, never worked in more pain now after having it done. Radiofrequency Ablation where they put needles in your back and numb the site. Does not work.
