had great buying experience with my truck and wife's car. my issue is i took my 2014 sierra in for a oil change and throttle body clean and they put too much engine oil in and half way cleaned throttle body ... i payed a premium price for certified service that i didnt receive.... i spoke with the service manager and he told me that too much oil would not hurt the engine ( the owners manual states otherwise) however they did correct the oil level and finish cleaning the throttle body ... i have lost all confidence in their s... read more
I would not recommend that anyone get their vehicle serviced at Charles Boyd Chevrolet in Henderson, NC. They used my vin number from an old repair order that was paid in full and months later attached a sublet bill to it. This is also a debt that I dispute. This repair order was generated without my consent or signature. The vehicle didn't even come to the shop. I don't appreciate random repair orders being made demanding payment on a vehicle that never came in for a service. Highly dissatisfied.
