Incompetent and arrogant. Charlie Bowes lack of ability, and outright laziness, tripled the cost of our custody mediation. He was more than happy to keep stretching things out to get paid for additional days when the ultimate resolution was almost exactly the starting proposal. He refused to listen as he was certian he knew the answer to everything. We had to stop mid-session and explain to him why it was not ok to talk over us. Mr. Bowes was hired by my divorce lawyer to handle my mediation in 2014. It was one of the worst, most expensive, and most unproductive days of my life. Family/divorce situations are often not pleasant, and professionalism and preparedness are in my opinion, key traits for an attorney handling client in stressful, heart-wrenching situations.
