I called the number on the statement to pay via debit card. Some random lady answered and asked if she could call me back because she's "at work" and her "paperwork is at home". I googled the remittance address and it's a residential house!
The staff is friendly, but they didn't really call and give results for anyone. Not only that, but they cancelled a follow up just to reschedule it, then cancelled that appointment and never rescheduled. Any time I've called no one answers and you can't leave a message, because the voicemail is ALWAYS full. Might be nice, but a bit unprofessional.
Dr charles is one of the best doctor i have been to he goes out of his way to do everything he can to get to the problem .very nice and his staff is outstanding .he is number 1 in my eyes .
Dr. Charles has helped me with my various gastro issues. He is a nice, professional doctor who listens and understands. I sincerely appreciate him for what he and his staff have done to help me.
I have to agree with some of the more negative reviews about this doctor. He definitely does not seem to care about his patients. More focused on herding them through as fast as possible, more often medicating symptoms rather than finding causes. His office is horrible, you can't speak to a receptionist, have to leave a message and they never call you back.
