Always appointments are kept on time and efficiently. Dr. Birnbach is responsive, answering questions, and provides helpful advice for ongoing treatment options. Highly recommend him and Pacific NW Retina. All the doctors I’ve seen there have been great.
Doc B is extremely knowledgeable, and empathetic. He exudes a (well deserved) un-arrogant confidence and is able to explain complex concepts and doesn’t shy away from hard questions. Very efficient and friendly staff help make an uncomfortable experience seem manageable.
I so appreciate Dr.Birnbach’s care. It’s not fun to think about getting a shot in your eye but when you experience other doctors due to moving, Dr. Birnbach gets an A+! Compared to other treatments this was the best! I can say, “It didn’t hurt”!
