Dr. Birnbach is knowledgeable and caring. And so is his staff, especially Alika! I am so thankful that they have an office in Ellensburg as I live in Richland.
Everything was good but the wait was a bit long. 2 hours!
Not much to.share. I came. I was treated. I exited. Everyone was professional and kind. The waiting time was actually a bit less than previously which was just fine with me.
