This was the worst experience ever! Dr. Badaoui didn't even fix my emergency root canal, instead he handed me over to some other dentist in his office who had no idea what she was doing. I ended up having to go back to the office numerous times and in the end I got so fed up I went to a different dentist who said the tooth was so ruined it needed to be extracted! I landed in Boston at 1 am after a 4 hour flight in severe pain. I made an attempt to go to sleep but couldn't. At 3 am I went to the front desk at the Four Season Hotel and asked if they could have a dentist call me. 5 minutes later Dr. Badaoui called. He picked me up from the Four Seasons Hotel at 4 am and took me to his office. He was friendly, professional and was very genuine. Claims he takes the DMO but strangely none of the services he claimed I needed were covered. A 2nd opinion form another Dentist showed no severity of my problems.
The best experience ever!! Dr. was willing to see me on Sunday when I was in severe pain. Performed a surgery 3 days before I was flying out. No swelling at all!!!! Dr. Badaoui is the most caring dentist I have ever been to and I highly recommend him. YOU DEFINETELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
This Dental experience has got to be the worst I have ever encountered in my 38 years of life. He was the rudest most unprofessional person one would ever want to meet. Do not use Copley Dental Associates!
