We have been using Charles a Gans plumbing since we moved into Haverford in 1987. We just had our indirect hot water heater replaced as the 15+ year unit was leaking. The installers , Colin and Scott, were professional and making sure that all the pipes were level for aesthetics , and of course not leaking. They did s marvelous job of cleaning up afterwards as if they were never there. It’s always a pleasure to work with people that actually care.

I can’t say enough good things about Charles B. Gans Plumbing, Heating, Air-conditioning Service and Installation! The crew showed up early every morning, laid drop cloths all the way to my third-floor bathroom. The team was so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, cleaned up every day, and made sure nothing disrupted my work-from-home schedule. They finished right on time, just like they promised. If you ever need anything fixed these are the folks to call!

The Gans crew made my bathroom project go so smoothly. The guys were professional and clean. They also service my boiler and AC. Nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Too notch !

My father began using Gans Plumbing and Heating (no A/C back then!), at our house, when it was first built in the late 1950s. When I inherited (and moved back into) the house I happily carried on the tradition and have always been completely satisfied with their work. Over the years they have done all 3 - plumbing, heating + A/C work - for me, and I've never had a reason to even consider using anybody else! They are the best.......
