Can't say enough about these folks. This was my first interaction with Gans (certainly won't be my last)! They answered all of my questions regarding our new water heater, explaining why one would work better for our home than what we originally wanted (tankless gas). We have been using Charles a Gans plumbing since we moved into Haverford in 1987. We just had our indirect hot water heater replaced as the 15+ year unit was leaking. The installers , Colin and Scott, were professional and making sure that all the pipes were level for aesthetics , and of course not leaking. They did s marvelous job of cleaning up afterwards as if they were never there. It’s always a pleasure to work with people that actually care.
