Had the heat and air replaced over the past week, great job. Until I had to move the air filter. Great response and quick to have them come back again to fix. A long morning but done. Thanks to your crew!
Can't say enough about these folks. This was my first interaction with Gans (certainly won't be my last)! They answered all of my questions regarding our new water heater, explaining why one would work better for our home than what we originally wanted (tankless gas). Everything from our initial estimate (Brian was great), to scheduling, to the technicians who did the install (thank you Colin!) was professional and I felt completely safe. Thanks Gans. We have been using Charles a Gans plumbing since we moved into Haverford in 1987. We just had our indirect hot water heater replaced as the 15+ year unit was leaking. The installers , Colin and Scott, were professional and making sure that all the pipes were level for aesthetics , and of course not leaking. They did s marvelous job of cleaning up afterwards as if they were never there. It’s always a pleasure to work with people that actually care.
I can’t say enough good things about Charles B. Gans Plumbing, Heating, Air-conditioning Service and Installation! The crew showed up early every morning, laid drop cloths all the way to my third-floor bathroom. The team was so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, cleaned up every day, and made sure nothing disrupted my work-from-home schedule. They finished right on time, just like they promised. If you ever need anything fixed these are the folks to call!
The Gans crew made my bathroom project go so smoothly. The guys were professional and clean. They also service my boiler and AC. Nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Too notch !
