I was thinking of going by there but to many bad reviews for me.
I brought a car on finance with this dealer. I found an issue within days of buying the car. And as it is in warranty they were liable to check the issue. The car was returned with no proper inspection stating everything was correct. After using a for other few months. The car gave me trouble with the engine issue which makes worthless of buying Worthing me the same cost as purchase. The dealer has no answer for the inspection and done and also the battery issue came within days of purchasing which I replaced. Waste of buyin... read more
Bought a car from them 6 months ago, here’s the laundry list: -Sold to me as AWD model. Is RWD -all 4 rotors warped -caliper seized within a couple months -bent control arms in the front -bent sway bar links -small vibration at 67mph and 45-50mph -vehicle cannot be aligned because of seized hardware -car passed emissions with an exhaust leak that has only gotten worse? -check engine light for o2 sensor after one month -uneven tire ware ranging from 7/35 to 3.5/35 -Did I mention they sold it to me as AWD I discovered the bund... read more
Great place. Good people. I bought a used truck. I found a small problem on a test drive and it was fixed the next day. I had the car two days when the check engine light came on. Corey had it fixed that week. I understand used cars aren't perfect, and everyone at Charles Auto made sure i was taken care of. Id definitely recommend this business.
