I brought a car on finance with this dealer. I found an issue within days of buying the car. And as it is in warranty they were liable to check the issue. The car was returned with no proper inspection stating everything was correct. After using a for other few months. The car gave me trouble with the engine issue which makes worthless of buying Worthing me the same cost as purchase. Bought a car from them 6 months ago, here’s the laundry list: -Sold to me as AWD model. Is RWD -all 4 rotors warped -caliper seized within a couple months -bent control arms in the front -bent sway bar links -small vibration at 67mph and 45-50mph -vehicle cannot be aligned because of seized hardware -car passed emissions with an exhaust leak that has only gotten worse? -check engine light for o2 sensor after one month -uneven tire ware ranging from 7/35 to 3.5/35 -Did I mention they sold it to me as AWD I discovered the bund... read more
Great place. Good people. I bought a used truck. I found a small problem on a test drive and it was fixed the next day. I had the car two days when the check engine light came on. Corey had it fixed that week. I understand used cars aren't perfect, and everyone at Charles Auto made sure i was taken care of. Id definitely recommend this business.
Bought a truck from these guys, all was good until I found the struts were broken and so I gave Corey at Charles auto a call to simply see what we could do and what my options were.. after a few texts and calls he finally answered and everything seemed cool because Corey told me to send him the quote I got to get them fixed- I sent the quote and never heard anything back.. many texts and calls just to get an answer but nothing.. Was looking for a modest vehicle for my daughter's first car - which is a pretty stressful experience. Couldn't spend a ton - but also wanted something reliable. I met with Corey at the dealership and he was exceptional. He was extremely responsive and acted with integrity in our interactions.
