UPDATE BELOW ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have purchased three vehicles from Charles in the past. This is the most comfortable dealership I have dealt ever with and I will keep coming back. On every visit, the staff has been friendly and the service is typically quicker than promised. Parts were way more expensive than I expected for rear pads and rotors (although the total cost was slightly less than the estimate) but labor cost was reasonable. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with John H. He made buying a new car easy and stress free. It was also a pleasure to work with Dan in finance as he answered all of our questions and made the signing process easy. We were in and out in 2 hours. When we took his truck in to get it ceramic coated and some other things put on getting a rental car was quick and easy.
