Will never buy another automobile from this place was sold a used car that was told to have a engine that it doesn't have among other things that were broken . Was a used car but they did nothing to remedy any of the issues I've gave them 3 months now to correct anything even talked to the manager and still nothing will never do business at this location worst car purchase ever
Avoid this dealership—unethical and dishonest. After a cash purchase, they failed to file my title paperwork until I hounded them. When I asked Salesperson Marcus Carpenter where it was, he lied and claimed it had been mailed two weeks prior. This sent me on a panicked, unnecessary trip to the post office thinking it was lost. I later proved he lied when I saw the actual filing date on the title; they didn't even submit it to the BMV until after I followed up. They even tried to blame the BMV for the delay. Drove just about two hours to come here. I knew when I walked in and the salesman Mike Dye let me test drive alone that I was walking out with a new Camaro! Everyone was so nice, and Paul was amazing at helping me get all my finance stuff. Car shopping sucks, but here, it did not feel like a chore at all.
