The whole experience was, hands down, the easiest and best car buying experience I’ve had! Christian was just wonderful to work with. I never felt pressured into purchasing my vehicle, yet he was very responsive to my questions. Once the vehicle was secured, the whole transaction took only about 30 minutes with the paperwork. I would 100% recommend. Keep doing what you all are doing and hope you continue to do well!!

Bought a 17 Buick Encore off lease, wife had a medical procedure done in CLE yesterday and the electric steering had a glich and had to have it towed back to the shop, we had plans to go away for the weekend and they got us in and got the issue rectified pronto! Thanks Paul and the rest of the staff!

Big shout out to Marc Krysinski at Charles Auto Family for showing us how to save money while also upgrading Dezaree’s ride! The whole team at Charles made the process, even with a 3 year old and 4 month old so easy. They had the paperwork ready to go all we had to do was sign. Marc even came to our house to show Dez all the bells an whistles! 10/10 would recommend!
