We recently sold 2 houses through Bob Brooks and Danny Lipset of Charles Associates. On the first house they overcame a vicious dog owned by a tenant.and got us multiple offers and a better price than we expected. This worked out so well that we recently hired them to sell another 2-family in Somerville. Their marketing again got us multiple offers and a far better price than anticipated. I chose Danny Lipset because a friend recommend him and he had a lower commission than other brokers. Also, a very important factor in my figuring was the fact that he had a reliable selling record. He didn't take on more properties than he could sell and all of his listings were selling. I didn't want my house lingering on the market. Daniel Lipset of Charles Associates has encyclopedic knowledge of real estate, especially in Cambridge. He is also very patient and generous with his information, demonstrated by having taken us to open houses nearly every weekend. Thanks to his expertise and persistence we located our perfect home.

I had several opportunites to deal with Charles Associates when I was either selling or buying real estate. I was thinking about selling my three family rental property which I owned for 25 years in North Cambridge when I had the opportunity to drop into the office on Mass.
