Final Update. Move out week was this week and I will say that progress is being made. Thanks Charity Updated We are under new management and things are moving along well. With so much to do I can only understand how far behind they are. I will change this to 5 star once I see the light but I can say it’s getting brighter. Office staff was amazing. They made my move quick and painless (minus me physically having to move all my stuff).
terrible experience i’ve lived at two places owned by axiom and both werner good the oaks i had my a/c and heat out allllll the way through winter and into july. My apartment was 85 degrees they also made me leave my apartment for a three day project on a deck that ended up lasting two weeks all my food went bad and i got credited for 5 days. oh and my fridge was broken for about two months and they wouldn’t come fix it i still got the emailsThe charles was even worse at the end of my lease she charges me an extra month of r... read more
UPDATE 12.1.2025 this is my property manager Charity and her maintence men... shovling snow for her/their residents AFTER HOURS to ensure her residents safety and keeping down costs by not outsourcing. This is my second time renting from Charity. I couldnt ask for a better property manager and staff. Tiana and the maintenance guys are awesome also. They've been so helpful and protective which is very appreciated being a single mom. Our neighbors are also kind and helpful. Good community 10/10 recommend
