The appts are great for the money the staff is great RIley the maintenance man came right away when my toilet backed up and got everything taken care of smoothly and charity the manger has all ways been great with my questions and concerns
Charity and Tyonna and maintenance team has been great . Any issues I have it gets addressed in a timely manner . I would highly recommend renting at the Charles apartments.
Flooding. Concrete falling apart. Mold everywhere. Rude management no matter who the new manager is. They’d rather send a lease violation to you for being upset about your safety instead of apologizing for leaving your apartment unlocked while you were out of town. Maintenance entered without permission more than once. The ONLY perk to this place is its location. Do yourself a favor and choose elsewhere.
This is my second time renting from Charity. I couldnt ask for a better property manager and staff. Tiana and the maintenance guys are awesome also. They've been so helpful and protective which is very appreciated being a single mom. Our neighbors are also kind and helpful. Good community 10/10 recommend
I have a family member who lives here. This family member doesn't do Internet, so I'm listing this review for that family member. As you can see from the reviews, when someone has serious problems like water coming in, even ceilings falling apart as a result ... the inability to use a shower you're paying for ... poor plumbing in every sense of the word ... there is very little done about it unless you've called an attorney to do the legwork for you while you're at your job every day trying to cover bills.
