The office and maintenance are great the apartments are located in a great area And are well worth the money
Love the property management is great the pool is wonderful always so clean and fun!

Do not live here. Seriously. No one keeps in contact, you can’t get a hold of anyone barely ever, not even the owner of the apartments, my bedroom roof caved in and ruined everything in my room and soaked the carpet floor and they gave us no more than a month to completely move out. There was black mold in my ceiling, so when it flooded it fell all over my stuff as well as a bird nest which explained the poop smell we’ve had since we moved. On Friday 6/6 I scheduled a tour for Thursday 6/12 at 12:15pm using their automated system. It confirmed with me multiple times via text and email that the tour was scheduled. I confirmed on 6/11 that we would be there. We arrived at 12:15 to find no one at the Charles to give a tour. After calling the number that only takes you to an automated assistant and leaving a voicemail with their leasing office, we were given a business card for the office manager by another employee.
