If I could give this place 0 stars or even negative stars, I would. Stay away!!!! I am writing on behalf of family member who was having a medical emergency due to someone attacking her at the apartment complex where she was dropping her child off due to custody matters. The property manager admits she heard commotion, physically sees my family member dripping blood from her face, a gash wide open, and yet tells her that she needs to leave the property or she would be considered trespassing. Understaffed properties and employees that are not knowledgeable. Up to higher management. Do not rent from them or any Axiom properties. The walls are starting to come down How is this possible in 2025 to have such run down properties with people actively paying rent and countless fees. Not fair.
Final Update. Move out week was this week and I will say that progress is being made. Thanks Charity Updated We are under new management and things are moving along well. With so much to do I can only understand how far behind they are. I will change this to 5 star once I see the light but I can say it’s getting brighter.
