My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 2 years. The rent is decent, never had our apartment or car broken into, we saw crickets in the building (which they got rid of) but not in our apartment and no other unwanted bugs, no mold. Nice place to stay for a little bit. The only reason I don’t put 5 stars is because of the laundry. Heavily needs updated. Very nice well managed property owner is very nice and takes care of things almost immediately building is kept up with very well and property overall is clean and well taken care of rent is very affordable apartments are nice and spacious 1 bedroom with massive walk in closet would be a lovely place to call home
Not nice.
I lived here for 4 years while in college, it was affordable until rent kept raising every year and I wasn’t understanding why. We had a few run ins but in the end the property manager made sure my requests were fulfilled. It’s a nice and quiet area where you can feel comfortable at night if you live alone. The maintenance man was awesome! He was the nicest one who worked there! He was always there fast an got the job done quick. Overall I had a good experience for what was needed at that time.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. It is NOT a "very clean community" when everyone throws their trash everywhere and the night "manager" is too lazy to clean on a regular basis. Rent increases every 6 months. 2 junk washers and dryers that you share with others that don't clean up after themselves. Cops called at least once a month to this location.
