Reliable, Trustworthy I've used Charles Allen Shell since 1999 (with a '94 Chevy and a '97 Plymouth Grand Voyager Minivan). Chuck and Greg have kept them running without trouble. There are a couple things on the Chevy that could be fixed, but they've explained that it's really not worth it, showing that they don't take advantage of people. Likewise, they've told me when there are cheaper options elsewhere. I trust them and whole heartedly recommend them.
Another Female taken advangage of! This company was referred to me by Martin Auto, they said they would be reasonable, fair and someone I could trust. Well, this is not what I just experienced! My car wouldn't start, so I had it towed to Allen's Shell. They called me back the next day and stated it was my battery and they could replace it for $130. I asked if they could check my brakes.
