Horrible dealer to do business with. We took our vehicle in for a problem with the drivetrain on our Ford Edge which is still under a factory warranty. The service department refused to honor the warranty unless we paid them $350 for “maintenance” work. We told them what they could do with that, then took our vehicle to Confidence Ford in Norman. This was the absolute best experience I’ve had at a dealership. From the start to finish. Normally a dealership eats up your entire day and they bang your credit 5-8 times cause they are careless and looking for a sale at all cost. This experience was completely opposite. I was there not even an hour. Approval was fast and I was out the door. The finance guy was my salesman and he couldn’t have done a better job. Very pleased and I will be sending my people your way.
